ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS
Rate per villa, per night in Mexican pesos (MXN), rates plus applicable taxes.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in to the hotel. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available. One pet per villa is allowed (at an additional cost), except at El Faro. All reservations require 100% payment plus a security deposit and are subject to the modification and cancellation policies for each season. Online payments will be processed by OPENPAY, a platform that accepts AMEX, VISA, and MCARD credit cards at the hotel.

HOSPITALITY REGULATIONS
Article 1. These regulations are binding on both the hotel and the guests who contract its services.
Article 2. Every person staying at this establishment is required to register on the special card or in the registers maintained for this purpose by the establishment. Likewise, they must present valid official photo identification, both for themselves and for all persons occupying the room. When guests are part of a pre-booked group, their representative must complete the registration form or submit a guest list in advance that meets the aforementioned requirements.
Article 3. No guest has the right to accommodate any person without the prior consent of management. In all cases, the corresponding procedures for registration and payment of the applicable lodging fee must be completed.
Article 4. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM each day. If a guest stays longer than required, an additional day's charge will be added to their booking, with a maximum grace period of 60 minutes. This is in accordance with NOM-010-TUR-2001. If you wish to change your departure date, please notify reception.
Article 5. If a guest does not vacate the room at the agreed-upon time on the scheduled check-out date, they will be obligated to pay for the following day's lodging. In case of non-payment, the hotel is authorized to request the use of law enforcement and may even retain luggage as a guarantee of payment.
Article 6. Lodging must be paid for in advance. If the client does not pay on time, they will forfeit the right to use the room. For credit card payments, the guest must present an official ID upon arrival. If the person occupying the room is not the cardholder, they must provide an authorization letter and a copy of the cardholder's ID.
Article 7. The hotel does not accept any form of payment other than cash, credit and debit cards, certified checks, or previously validated bank deposits or transfers to the designated account.
Article 8. The management will issue payment receipts or detailed invoices for services rendered and the amount paid upon request.
Article 9. No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures.
Article 10. When using the hotel parking lot, guests must park their vehicles in a designated area. The establishment is not responsible for partial damage to or total theft of the vehicle, nor for items left inside. Upon check-in, guests must register all their vehicle information in the corresponding logbook. Any vehicle not registered at reception will be removed from the parking lot.
Article 11. The hotel assumes no responsibility for external services contracted by the guest, including but not limited to taxis, babysitting services, cooking services, massage services, dry cleaning, or medical services.
Article 12. Fast food delivery personnel, couriers, and delivery drivers are prohibited from entering the hotel premises or guest rooms. We will receive orders from our guests and inform them from reception.
Article 13. Visits exceeding the maximum occupancy of the contracted room are prohibited.
Article 14. Individuals wishing to use the facilities without booking lodging must register at reception and pay the corresponding daily fee.
Article 15. The hotel has implemented appropriate security measures and maintains Civil Liability Insurance in accordance with NOM-07-TUR-2002.
Art. 16. In compliance with official civil protection regulations, the hotel has taken safety measures by installing a sufficient number of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors to be used in the event of an emergency. In such circumstances, guests must notify the administration.
Art.17. The establishment clearly displays its category, current room rates, and these Regulations in the reception area and in all rooms, in accordance with NOM-010-TUR-2001, inviting our guests to comply with them.
Art. 18. Guests are obligated to inform management of any contagious diseases, deaths, infractions, or crimes that occur on the premises.
Art. 19. The hotel is not responsible for theft or loss of money and valuables not deposited at reception or in the room safes.
Art. 20. Items or valuables left behind by a guest in their room will be kept in the custody of hotel management for 30 days. After this period, if no claim is made, they will be discarded.
Article 21. Two pets are allowed per Villa, except at "El Faro," at a cost of $232.00 pesos per pet per day. Maximum weight per pet: 25 kg.
Article 22. Guests must use the furniture and other service items responsibly and moderately, taking proper care of them. Should a guest damage these items, intentionally or accidentally, they must report it to management. The corresponding charge for the item in question will be applied, and its price will be the market rate at the time of the incident.
Article 23. In case of theft of furniture and other service items from the hotel, the corresponding charge for the item in question will be applied, and its price will be the market rate at the time of the incident.
Article 24. Upon check-out, all guests are required to close the doors, windows, and water taps, turn off the lights, and return their room keys.
Article 25. Guests must behave with decency and morality within the establishment. It is prohibited to disturb the peace by making noises that inconvenience or bother other guests, as well as to use the room to perform any act or game prohibited by law.
Article 26. All complaints, suggestions, or compliments must be recorded on the complaint and suggestion forms that the hotel management makes available to users at reception, in accordance with the guidelines established by the Ministry of Tourism.
Article 27. In the provision of services by this hotel, there will be no discrimination of any kind based on sex, political beliefs, religion, nationality, or social status.
Article 28. The establishment may refuse service to guests who arrive intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or narcotics, or who intend to use the facilities for purposes other than lodging.
Article 29. Given that engaging in any physical or recreational activity involves a risk of accidents and/or injuries, it is the sole and exclusive responsibility and decision of the guest to participate in any physical or recreational activity on the hotel premises, as well as to allow accompanying minors to do so. The guest assumes any risk related to such activities that may result in personal injury or injury to third parties, as well as damage to the hotel premises.
Article 30. The rights of both the establishment and the guests to report to the competent authorities any incidents that constitute an illegal act or that give rise to liability for either party regarding their persons or property are reserved, provided that such incidents occur within the hotel premises.
Article 31. The cost of lodging does not include the hosting of social events or any other type of event.
Article 32. Guests are not permitted to leave minors unsupervised on the hotel premises, especially in the pool, beach, and sea areas.
Article 33. The hours of operation for the swimming pools are from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Article 34. Guests are not permitted to use the pool facilities under the influence of alcohol.
Article 35. No refunds or credits of any kind will be issued due to inclement weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise from the direct impact or hurricane warning in the area. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. The hotel will not be responsible for any extra costs, evacuations, or inconveniences that may arise due to a tropical storm or hurricane.
Article 36. The Hotel does not have its own generator and therefore is not responsible for power outages beyond its control.
Article 37. Failure to comply with these Regulations by the guest will be grounds for termination of the lodging contract, without legal liability for the hotel.
