ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS
Rate per villa, per night in national currency – MXN, rates plus 20% taxes (VAT and ISH).
You must be of legal age to check in to the hotel. Free parking is available and Wi-Fi is free in public areas. All reservations require a full payment plus a security deposit and are subject to the seasonal modification and cancellation policies. Online payments will be processed through OPENPAY, a platform that accepts AMEX, VISA, and MCARD credit cards at the hotel. CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM

ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS
Art. 1. These Internal Regulations are binding on both “Villas San Vicente” and the guests who hire its services.
Art. 2. All guests staying at this establishment are required to register on the card or special books maintained for this purpose by the establishment or its manager. Likewise, they must present valid official identification with a photo, both their own and that of the people who will be occupying the room. When guests are a pre-booked group, their representative will complete the registration form or provide a guest list that meets the aforementioned requirements in advance.
Art. 3. Check-in time is set at 3:00 PM, and check-out and room departure time is set at 11:00 AM each day. If a guest stays longer, they will be charged an additional day's stay, with a maximum tolerance of 60 minutes. This is in accordance with NOM-010-TUR·2001. If you wish to change your check-out date, please notify reception.
Art. 4. Lodging services must be paid in advance. If the guest does not pay on time, they lose the right to use the room. For credit card payments, guests must present official identification upon arrival. If the person occupying the room is not the cardholder, they must provide an authorization letter and a copy of the cardholder's identification. No refunds or credits will be issued in the case of early departures. The management will issue payment vouchers or a detailed invoice for the services provided and the amount covered upon request. The hotel assumes no responsibility for external services contracted by the guest, such as, but not limited to, taxis, dry cleaning, or medical services.
Art. 5. The hotel has taken appropriate security measures and maintains Civil Liability Insurance in accordance with NOM-07-TUR-2002. When guests use the hotel parking lot, they must park their vehicle in a suitable location. The hotel is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or any items left inside. Upon check-in, guests must record all vehicle information in the corresponding book. Any vehicle not registered at reception will be towed from the parking lot.
Art. 6. No user has the right to provide accommodation to any person without the prior consent of management. In all cases, the corresponding procedures for registration and payment of the respective accommodation fee must be carried out.
Art. 7. The establishment clearly displays its category, current accommodation rates, and these Regulations in the reception area and in all rooms, in accordance with the provisions of NOM-010-TUR-2001, inviting our guests to comply with them.
Art. 8. If a guest falls ill, the establishment's reception must call a doctor and the guest may be treated in their room. If the illness is contagious due to causes not attributable to the establishment, the guest will be transferred at their own expense to the appropriate location.
Art. 9. The hotel is not responsible for any losses of money or valuables that guests may incur. Any items or valuables left behind in the room by a guest will be held in the custody of the hotel management for a period of 30 days. After this period, if there are no complaints, they will be discarded.
Art. 10. Two pets are allowed per Villa, except at El Faro. Disinfection fees may apply. Non-refundable pet fee per day: $232 pesos. Maximum weight per pet: 25 kg.
Art. 11. Furniture and other service objects must be used rationally and in moderation, ensuring proper care. In the event that a guest damages these objects, intentionally or accidentally, they must report it to management. If they are removed from the hotel, the corresponding charge will be made for the item in question, the price established by the market at the time of the incident. Upon leaving their room, all guests are required to lock the doors, windows, and faucets, turn off the lights, and return their room keys.
Art. 12. In compliance with official provisions regarding civil protection, the hotel has taken safety measures by installing a sufficient number of fire extinguishers to be used in the event of an accident. In such circumstances, guests must notify the management.
Art. 13. Guests must behave decently and morally within the establishment. They are prohibited from disturbing the order by making noises that bother or annoy other guests, as well as from using the room to perform any act or game prohibited by law.
Art. 14. All complaints, suggestions, or compliments must be recorded on the complaint and suggestion forms available to guests at the hotel reception desk, in accordance with the guidelines established by the Ministry of Tourism.
Art. 15. In the provision of services by this hotel, there will be no discrimination based on sex, political beliefs, religion, nationality, or social status. The establishment may refuse service if a guest arrives intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or narcotics, or if the guest intends to use the service for anything other than lodging.
Art. 16. The rights of both the establishment and its guests to report to the competent authorities any acts that constitute an unlawful act or that give rise to liability for any of the parties in their persons and property are safeguarded, provided that they occur within the hotel's facilities.
Art. 17. The cost of accommodation does not include social or any other type of events.
Art. 18. Guests are not permitted to leave minors unsupervised in the hotel facilities, especially in the pool, beach, and ocean areas.
Art. 19. The hours of use for the pools are from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm.
Art. 20. Customers are not permitted to use the pool facilities under the influence of alcohol.
Art. 21. No refunds or credits will be issued due to inclement weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise from a direct impact, or a hurricane warning in the area. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. Villas San Vicente will not be responsible for any extra costs, evacuations, or inconveniences that may arise due to a tropical storm or hurricane.
Art 22. The Hotel does not have its own power plant and therefore is not responsible for power outages outside its control.
Art. 23.- Failure by the guest to comply with these Regulations will be grounds for termination of the accommodation contract, without legal liability for the company.
